Signature Performance is a leader in the healthcare revenue cycle management field, servicing clients across the country. They were looking for an affordable solution in which their employees could securely access information in real-time. The Surgery Group of Grand Island

The Surgery Group of Grand Island outsources its transcription services. They needed a repository to securely transfer audio digital files and documents to and from the transcriptionist. This repository needed to meet HIPAA and general compliance guidelines. Additionally, they were seeking a solution that could house other types of information such as presentations, forms and patient information.

Instead of creating an in-house IT department or using a courier to and from the transcriptionist, they chose the DOCCENTER solution.

"We are not big enough to have a committed IT department and we needed to reallocate the resources that were dedicated to in-house transcription.
